we waited in the drive through with 5 cars ahead of us for 45 mins. what takes so long? when we got to the window after the 2 cars in front of us leaving because of the wait the person with just said "yeah we are backed up" really? their coffee isn't great anyway. I will NEVER go back there. oh and not to mention that once you get in the drive through there is no way out except to wait or back up.
The baristas are just racist here. Someone took my chai latte and instead of apologizing to me and saying she’ll make another one she apologized to the woman who took my chai latte and let her know she’ll be making her another one next. When I asked her if she’ll be making me another one she was rude. She didn’t let me know if she’ll be making mine or that there was a confusion
