“I ordered on the weekend for delivery on their website. I called the restaurant after Uber and the Uber driver massively messed up everything. An employee there named Payton took care of it and tried to contact Uber for me as well, calling me back to resolve the situation. He also made it so I will come back to Jimmy Johns again for the service. I am grateful for his assistance and professionalism. I got my order and have him to thank for it. Thank you Payton, you are the G.O.A.T!!“
“Friendly and super fast service by both employees. They got my order correct which was a giant #7 spicy italian with peppers on the side. This was my first JJ sandwich in over a decade. It was satisfying and the perfect cold sub on a hot day. The bread held up to all the produce and didn't get messy at all. I only knocked a star off because $22 is pretty expensive, plus tip made it $25.“
