“The staff know me by first name and know my order as soon as I walk in, lol. I can never get enough of the acai super antioxidant drink with whey protein. And let's not get into the acai bowl (my daughter's favorite). It's addicting to say the least. My son likes the electric berry. I can never get enough Jamba juice, I could drink it everyday. That is why the staff know me at multiple locations, lol.

“One of the employees with glasses Nicholas was really funny and attentive to customers asks. A few times I noticed the Juice wasn't thick enough but whenever I requested if nicholas could make it; It always was perfect! He really helped without getting in the way of his coworkers and is an upstanding young man! Definitely will come back again. It was around closing time and they still took my order graciously even with the hassle. I was at the shake shack around the time Jamba closed and dropped some of my personal belongings; as he was on his way out he helped me pick them up. 10/10 excellent customer service. #jambanicholas #nicholasjuice“

“Ordered mango milk tea. The first sip tastes okay but later on you just taste milk and sugar. I got 30% sugar and it’s appropriately sweet. I would recommend adding extra shot of mango.

“Fast, clean location. We skipped the line and went inside. I enjoyed the decor and the vibe. My broista was friendly as always. And my coffee was made just how I like it. Would gladly return to this location.

“My wife took our 5 month old son out for a quick drive to Dutch, but he started crying while in line to pickup her order. It was an ugly cry, and my wife was worried about baby of course. The staff here noticed the situation and told my wife that the drink was on the house, and to keep up the great work, raising a healthy little boy. She was moved to tears, and she called me immediately to tell me what happened (tears were flowing 🤣). These little details, small as they may seem, make SUCH an impact on people.
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for being so kind and generous to a complete stranger. Hearing my wife so moved, has made us lifelong customers and we will continue to tell our friends and family about this coffee shop.
