Hey hey my foodies, Today the hubs and zi visited this little place in the vicinity of Cornell and 43rd, in Hillsboro. The customer service was excellent. The chef was very nice and accommodate the hubs request to put the sauce on the side for his dish. My dish was pretty tasty, not overwhelming with flavor but just right!

Stopped by for some orange chicken and egg rolls. I only wish it came with more green beans. Food was great!

This Chinese restaurant serves truly authentic 干炒牛河 (dry-fried beef ho fun). The noodles have that perfect smoky aroma, the beef is tender, and the seasoning is spot-on. Food was great except the soup dumplings didn't meet expectations. Noodles and braised pork belly was exceptional. Overall, reviews of KOI Fusion's food have varied, but the staff's friendliness and quick service have been consistently praised.
