“Mama's Shawarma was a great place to eat at the food court in downtown Hillsboro. It was really good and delicious; I'd never had anything like it before. I got the Chicken Arabi. It sort of has a pickly, sour, and savory taste to it. I would definitely recommend it. They also give you tons of fries, perfect to share with two people if needed.“

I got the impression the restaurant is family-owned and operated, which is often a good sign. Overall, it felt less like eating at a restaurant and more like having lunch at my uncle’s house which is hard to come by!“
