My parents took me here today and I did not expect the amazing food and great little dining area inside! The customer service and friendly atmosphere was perfect. I will be craving the broth they use for their pho all the time. It looks clear, but the broth alone has tons of flavor and warmth. I live an hour and a half away and will be bringing my husband here ASAP. The Pad Thai was literally the best I have ever had. Pho Alley 11 is a Vietnamese restaurant in Hillsboro. The location is completely unassuming, but the food is absolutely out of this world. This is not fast food—it’s HOMEMADE food, and you can tell from the very first bite. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and made with care. The stone bowl Phở Bắc is excellent. The broth is rich, clean, and flavorful with a clear Northern-style taste. The stone bowl keeps everything hot until the last bite, and the portion is generous with plenty of meat. The Bánh Khọt is delicious, crispy, slightly creamy, and perfect with fresh herbs. The egg rolls are hot, crunchy, and well-seasoned. The garlic vinaigrette is not to be skipped. The drinks are a pleasant surprise, with a selection of coffees and teas. The Vietnamese Egg Ice Coffee is a Tiramisu delight. The Matcha Mango is so good, and the matcha strawberry, ube coffee, and peach orange jasmine green tea are also available. Prices are reasonable, portions are big, and overall quality is great. The service is nice, polite, and attentive.
