Very good pizza, got the new promo epic pepperoni, app doesn't work, won't let you pay or checkout, followed all troubleshooting steps and tried multiple times, forum posts dated back 3 years complained about the app not working, called in and made the order by phone, some confusion on what extra pepperoni means, yes I want it on the pizza lol. Walked in and waited 5 minutes before a person on the register showed up but super good service once they were there. Pizza was delicious.
I was more impressed with the team members (Kainala, Jaxez, & Elijah) while waiting to pick up my pizza, than the pizza. I was waiting maybe 5 mins & so many people were coming in at the same time. The staff greeted everyone right away, stayed in a good mood, apologized for any delays, and told everyone have a good evening as they walked out. They definitely worked together as a team, doing a great job taking care of everyone.

Papa Johns Pizza offers awesome deals and has super friendly staff who provide great customer service. The restaurant has ample parking and serves hot and fresh pizzas, including the Shaq pizza. The staff is knowledgeable and personable, even under pressure. While delivery drivers may not always be as friendly, the overall experience is positive and enjoyable.
