Met a friend while visiting Portland. He highly recommended this place and it didn't disappoint! The tempura was delicious! The noodles had spot-on flavor that will make us visit again.
Literally 4 stars but would say more 3 stars considering the value.

Husband and I were visiting from Salem, in the area to buy a car. Decided last min to eat here and we're happy we did! It's in the basement of a charming building, and the atmosphere was perfect and relaxing. Seems you can enter from two different doors/sides of building. Service was friendly, professional and quick. Food waa delicious. Would definitely go back for a nice date.
