The food and service is always amazing
Fresh Sushi at a good price. So many different options and the Choice of 2 combination is the way to go. Great bar too!
Fun Happy Hour at Hillsboro Wasabi. My chicken dumplings were definitely made from scratch with a fine sweet soy sauce. Dining partners said the coconut shrimp only hinted at coconut, the crispy chicken was over the top for flavor and texture and fish tacos as expected. Good prices, wonderful service, tidy restrooms and ample parking make this a good value.

Wassabi | Pan Asian Cuisine is a popular spot with fresh fish and a wide selection of sushi rolls, pleasing families, groups, or a romantic date. The service is excellent, with well-trained and friendly staff ensuring a great experience. The wonderful food is perfect, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The place is huge, with seating on two sides, a nice bar area, and outdoor tables. The sushi is very fresh, and the salad rolls are really tasty, including pickled asparagus. The peanut sauce is super sweet and smooth, like a sundae topping drizzle. The drink menu looks interesting, and the bar is very welcoming. The plates are presented beautifully, and the food quality remains high. While some recent changes are noted, it's a fantastic hidden gem worth visiting for a delicious meal. The only inconvenience is their midday closure from 2-4 pm, but overall, the experience is top-notch.
