Safeway Reviews
Delivery is a hot mess and customer service is lacking. Transferred to the Hermiston store (neither of us could figure out why). My wife, my sister-in-law, her husband and myself came in to do grocery shopping...everything was fine until we went to check out. rude cashier which we met today
Safeway is a well-maintained and fully stocked store that offers a pleasant shopping experience. The food counter provides a variety of options, including the delicious Sundried Tomato Salad and Original Coleslaw, accompanied by crispy potato skins. On Mondays, customers can enjoy cheap chicken, which is worth waiting for. The staff, including Papa Frank, are friendly and helpful, making shoppers feel welcome. However, some customers have reported inconsistent service, particularly with WIC benefits. Overall, Safeway provides a convenient one-stop shop for groceries and a satisfying meal.
