I do like the desserts but I ordered a chicken strip basket tonight and it came with honey mustard and no gravy. We called DQ Hood River to inquire why there was no gravy included with our two 6 piece chicken strip baskets. The female who answered didn’t identify herself but said gravy is optional effective recently. If gravy was optional why was honey mustard dipping sauce stuck in my meal and BBQ in other one? It's a dairy queen. Haed to mess up that formula. One critique would be the shift lead in the red shirt speaking aggressively to employees in view of customer, but this is where you learn how to lead, sometimes by mistakes made. Another would be having staff wear pants instead of shorts and leggings (we had uniforms, top to bottom with aprons, when I worked at a DQ.) Finally, greet the customers instead of staring at them before making the sundae.
It's a typical Dairy Queen. Peanut buster parfait was exactly what I expected.
