“I do like the desserts but I ordered a chicken strip basket tonight and it came with honey mustard and no gravy. We called DQ Hood River to inquire why there was no gravy included with our two 6 piece chicken strip baskets. The female who answered didn’t identify herself but said gravy is optional effective recently. If gravy was optional why was honey mustard dipping sauce stuck in my meal and BBQ in other one? If this change to chicken strip baskets just started, why weren’t we notified of this change when we ordered the two chicken strip baskets in drive thru. Our meal came to $35.60 which seems very expensive to just stick in 1 dipping sauce for 6 pieces of chicken and no ketchup for fries. Also, the toast in out meals was dry; no butter. I am just getting over being sick, and chose DQ since it sounded good. I am very disappointed and didn’t eat it.“

“Absolutely phenomenal experience and we only went through the drive thru! Freshest food ever - fries were fresh, hot and amazing. Sprite was the best Sprite we ever had. McChickens were fresh and on point. We added pickles and they were thicc, good and crunchy.
100/10 recommend this location!!!“
