On our way back to Pendleton from Portland, we stopped to charge our car. Then walked over to Solstice Wood Fire Pizza for dinner. We decided to order the BLBB pizza, a hot Kenyan Grey tea, and a huckleberry organic lemonade. Our server Brad N did an awesome job making our dining experience a real treat.
So I thought I would pickup a pizza driving back home to Portland. I found this place online and I travel alot. I have had amazing pizzas that are fully loaded. I ordered a all meat pizza at there to go food cart thing for $32.00. Let me tell you very very over priced and no topping at all and the pizza probably weighed a half a pound. I think the box weighed more than the pizza haha. Also the gal at there little checkin desk was very rude. The pizza was taste less and no sauce...read full review

Solstice Wood Fire Pizza & Bar is a cozy, relaxed spot with a classic wood-fired and slightly rustic feel. For dessert, the Apple Crumble is out of this world, and they sometimes offer specials like gluten free and vegan s'mores. The restaurant is great at accommodating dietary restrictions, including gluten free and dairy free needs, and is family-friendly.
While it can be pricier and the outdoor seating may feel cold even with heaters, the service is great and friendly. The overall experience is top notch, making it a hidden gem and a place worth returning to.
