We ended our afternoon with a nice bottle of 2017 Gold Drop Mourvèdre at Upsidedown Wine. Our server was friendly and SO passionate about the wine industry in Oregon. The venue is intimate and sophisticated. We really enjoyed our time there. Our only regret is that we didn't grab a second bottle! Guess where we're stopping today!
Upside down, inside out, right side up - any way you turn it, this wine is fantastic!!!A friend who is a wine club member has been raving about their wine for years, and I finally stopped in for a tasting flight. Every single wine in the flight was good, which is rare. My absolute favorite was the Mourvèdre, a serious red with dark fruit and notes of spice. Complex, yet easily drinkable. Upsidedown wines are incredibly pleasing to the palate. You can taste the hard work and passion that goes into the farming and production of their wine. I highly recommend this Tasting Room. In addition, the team is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be back!
