The portions are good size and the prices are reasonable, but the ice cream, at best is only okay. If you have a gaggle of kids and are in need of something cold and sweet, stop at Mikeâ??s. But if you are looking for really good, creamy, high quality ice cream, keep looking.
We were so happy it was open since the rest of the town (aside from bars) is closed down on a Sunday night. Pretty basic on the ice cream flavors, and they don't accept debit cards, but give you the product asking that you send the payment later. Honor system at its best?

Seriously the best! We didn't have cash and did not have to go back to our car 5 blocks away with 4 kids, instead we got an IOU for a time period and came back. Great staff, good ice cream, small little shop but fun little fort structure outside for kids to play in. If you are in Hood River, hit them up for some sugar in a cup.
