“We had the pleasure of working with Roth's Fresh Catering for our wedding on August 24th in Silverton, OR and we have nothing but great things to say about them. The food is delicious, and we got so many compliments on it. One of our guests said, "That was the best wedding food I have ever had!" They are also very easy to work with and are flexible with substitutions for dietary needs or allergies as needed. We wanted to rave about the wait staff that was there to help us on the big day. April and two others (who's names I didn't catch) went above and beyond. Everything was always fully stocked and looked beautiful. They even brought additional decor to spruce up the buffet table. All around we are very impressed with Roth's Fresh Catering and would highly recommend them to anyone. The only thing we would have liked to happen differently is if there was a way to pay the bill online instead of over the phone or in person, but in retrospect that's a very small detail and not a dealbreaker for us.“
