“Finally got to drop in the other day when I play hooky from work, as they are only open a limited amount of time.Definitely smaller then what I expected, but makes sense since they make the food in limited amounts. I feel if you just walk in without have placed an order you will find most of the items in the help yourself style refrigerators, priced labeled, ready to purchase.The product really did look delicious and I hope to be back when on a day when I dont feel like cooking and dont want to pay the higher prices for eating out.“

“I have a rule. I'll try a place once. If I can cook a better of whatever I order, I don't come back. This is the first burger place, i'll be back for SURE. Walking in, I notice that it's a REAL grill. Not some insta press thing. I ordered the biggest thing they had. THE MONSTER BURGER!!! She proceeded to work as I watch to see what kind of frozen patty they were going to use. Yeah....to my surprise, she reached down, and got a ball of FRESH burger, and SMASHED it on the grill. WOAH....I thought, OK, they are onto a good start, at least they're doing that right.... The food prep process continued on with grilled onions, bacon, pulled pork, thinly sliced ham, egg, and all the goodies. Then the lady asked if we wanted fries. I thought, yeah, why not? Lets try their fries too. So, we ordered the loaded fries. Let me tell ya....Those fries, are worthy enough on their own to come back for more another time. Grilled onions, three types of melted cheese, and a perfect blend of seasonings make them some of the best tasting fries we've had outside of the house. I can safely say, that after almost a year of searching for a decent hamburger joint in Medford, we've finally found the only place we can call good enough to come back. 5 out of 5 stars.“

“This was a fun place to check out. Part store, part hangout vibe with food. You can shop, chill, eat & blow a lot of money on some pretty cool local artisan stuff. Plan on spending some time to take it all in if you've never been.After browsing & buying some goodies, we ordered lunch. I went simple with a BLT, which was very good. Everything was fresh & as anyone knows, the "B" is what makes the sammich & theirs did not disappoint. Appropriately proportioned mayo on toasted bread, lettuce & tomato goodness. The unimpressive, limp dill spears that came with it produced a surprisingly powerful pucker. My friend ordered the veggie wrap & said it was a delightful tasting of whole foods. She wasn't the biggest fan of the raw mushrooms, but, with a dash of ranch on the side it was quite yummy. With a hint of hummus and rainbow carrots it will be sure to wow any veg lover! Walk up window service to place food order, table delivery was quick. Outdoor seating was also available.“
“I'm a southern Oregon native so I've been fed by Jolie since the beginning. I no longer live in Medford, so when we knew I had to come into town, I had to swing by and get a bento box! Still as delicious as I remember!... Only complaint is those line can get long... Cuz everyone wants this stuff!! Thank you for the food! ♥️“

“The employees were so kind and even remade my drink when I forgot to mention I don't like tapioca Boba, and would prefer a popping Boba. They then gave the first drink to my little brother for free. Best customer service ever! Yhe drink was also amazing! (I got the dragons breath)“
“I guess I haven't left a review until now. I've been a handful of times from their old location to the current one. I've always had a great experience in terms of food, service, and ambiance. The attention to detail in the food and decor is what sets this place apart. They're mostly known (and open) for breakfast/brunch. But this year, they've been open on weekend evenings for dinner. We went the other day for dinner and loved it. There was live music (chill acoustic guitar), free wine tasting (with a really knowledgable and cool local wine maker), and the same care that goes into brunch applied to dinner fare. Most of the negative reviews I see here are related to service but that's not our experience. I know everyone has bad days on the customer and staff side so I'm not negating any reviews. But our experience with the staff has always been great in the 8-10 times we've been. Sometimes you've got to smile first to get a smile back. I don't know. People often mirror the effort and energy you put out.“
“They have video slots and they have slot machines let's just call it that because that's what it is I don't know how they organ got away with it but they did it's so hard to move I don't have to go hours out of my way and just get my little fix go down in the corner purple parrot and be on them and then my fix is done I feel great I'm not spending thousands of dollars like I used to when I went to the casino and just do my good thing and get my little fix off and I'm happy person just stop by the staff is great and you never know you can win $1,000 like I did“
