“I picked up an online order last night. My order was ready when I got there. Jessica was the only employee there. I asked her if Ranch was put on the wrap that I ordered. She said no and happily offered to add it. (I asked for Ranch in the comments section since there isn't any place else to add it and the comments hardly ever get seen). Jessica was very nice, smiling and happy to fix the mistake. She is the nicest employee that I have seen in this Subway in a very long time. I hope she sticks around! Thank you, Jessica! “I had a mixed experience due to unruly customers in dinning area arguing with staff members. Staff members were respectful but they let the incident stop all the orders from being completed. Food was good. They are understaffed so you might wait longer than wanted, for fast food anyways.Parking: Just a smaller parking lot and it gets full at times.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Two van accessible spots I believe.“

“Had the Chile Colorado and it was the perfect amount of spice to savoriness. Meat was tender and almost melted in my mouth. Could tell the tortilla was from scratch and salsa bar was also very fresh! Highly recommend if you want tasty food in John Day!“
