Amazing Thai Sreet food cart nestled in the Wallowa Foothills. I'm so glad we were told to stop and get food. So good. Huge portions. I think my Paw See Ew was enough for three meals. The Thai Ice tea was exactly what I expected. Perfect to the spicy dishes. One person working on the orders. Three small groups of us happened to show up at the same time. Hands down best red curry I have had. Filled with yummy veggies and tofu!
Came down here after rainy hike. I usually get pan fried noodles but because it was cold I wanted to get something soupy instead. The red curry was DELICIOUS!!

We ate here twice while visiting Joseph. We have had a lot of Thai food and this was surprisingly right up there with major city restaurants. Had the Pad Thai, green beans and chicken and the salad rolls. Rated low on atmosphere because it's just a food truck with a couple tables next to the truck. I would recommend eating somewhere else because it's right next to a noisy (and gasoline smelling) go kart track. We chose the park at the lake, which is very close.
