Awesome service BUT the poor staff has been told by their manager that air conditioning is not essential for them. It is still Hot out and hotter than hell inside the restaurant. I am appalled at the store or district manager. I worry about the staff the next few days.
Stood there today at noon for five min with ZERO acknowledgement from three employees who looked right at me. Took drive thru orders while I waited still with no service. No wonder no one else was in the lobby at NOON on a Monday. Ridiculous service. 30sec walk to Taco Bell and now I’m not hungry. 0 stars.
The customer service team needs to go back into training. Having customers wait 15+ minutes for their orders is ridiculous. The clerk behind the counter doesnt know how to operate the machine and after I ordered 2 kids meals asked me what size of drinks I would like...really??? And then on an order to go with the coke machine at my disposal asked me what type of soda I would like. Again....really??? BK franchise owner, you guys need to step up and actually get a manager who can...read full review
