This store takes no ownership for mess ups. Someone needs to teach acting managers how customer service should look. You cannot continue to treat your patrons like crap and expect to continue to stay open.
Keizer Dq is terrible. The staff is rude. They take their mistake. Say this fixed it and don’t. They smirk don’t say sorry.

so i went to order. and i order a small fri for 1.85sents and some chiken trips i said 15 because the last time i was there he said there were 15 chieken tripes his name was ryder w so i order 15 chiken tripes and she said in a meanway her name was emily i get my food i i only see the fries i ask and they say i did not order that so i left beause your employs where talking about me so thank you a LOT
