we had A waitress named Shana I believe. and she was terrible. she never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. she never stepped by and asked how our appetizer was it took us an hour to get our food. and when our appetizer came out 20 minutes later it was the blooming onion. it was cold and it was soggy.

I hadn't eaten at am Outback Steakhouse in years. My husband and I decided to eat there for our anniversary. I'm always weary of the older chains, but we were in the mood for steaks. The atmosphere was incredible. The restaurant had a modern feel. We were seated immediately and the service was wonderful. The food came out quickly and delicious. The drinks were wonderful and reasonably priced. I was impressed, and we will definitely be back.
We came for a birthday dinner for our Mom and it was a very pleasant experience! The food was exactly as expected, but the real star of the evening was our server, Niah. She treated us like she'd treat her family and went way out of her way to make sure all of the guests in her area left happy. In one case, she ran out into the parking lot to make sure a family didn't forget their food boxes. She checked on our Mom several times to make sure her meal was perfect.
