“I was told I couldn't get the soup special with the soup and salad combo because it was "fancy" so I changed my order to get the soup and a bagel. My friend also was supposed to get soup. the bagel came and we waited about 40 minutes for the soup and it never came. we asked for the money back for the two cups of soup and they gave us $15 for our change when we expected $20 but it turned out the soup was charged as the combo that I was originally told wasnt possible, and we never got the soup any ways lol“

“My exploration to find the best hot Eggnog Chai in town continued with a stop in at Gathering Grounds Roastery. This was another wonderful business that I'd not been to before so it was a treat to peek inside and find a warm, inviting environment. They have quite the menu of beverages and food items; bonus they are super friendly! Watching my beverage being made, it was also clear that they take real pride in what they do! The drink had an extra depth to it with a fresh cinnamon flavor blended into the eggnog that was really enjoyable! Was tempted to try a delicious looking scone or breakfast sandwich, but resisted this visit - a treat for next time! If you haven't checked out Gathering Grounds, you're missing out too!
