Unfortunately I have had to change my review from positive to negative. I cannot support a business that supports theft. They have doubled down on their use of genAI which has assured I will not patronize them again.

We came to soak for a date night and it was the most perfect evening! Such a beautiful and peaceful hot springs. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff were great. After the soak, we went to the thermal hub to eat and the food hit the spot! We got the corn chowder, salsa and chips, hot lake cocoa bliss and the carrot cake. We will absolutely return 🫶🏼
