“Tried the seasonal eggnog cake. If tiramisu met a white sheet cake at the holiday party and got sloppy together - it would be this cake. The moisture and flavor of the eggnog soaked the cake from the bottom up. The creamy icing on top sprinkled with nutmeg brought home the tiramisu vibe. Pretty good effort at a fancy cake by a cookie company.“

“Took my mom and daughter with me since the place is cat themed and they love cats. The impression with omg cute and clean with friendly service. We ordered a large half strawberry and half mango dessert. Also tried a custard filled desert that looks like a cute fish. The ice cream desert is light and perfectly sweet. If you love very sweet rich stuff then this wont be for you. Would definitely come back again.“

“It was really nice inside friendly people the cookies were great everything was in stock I ordered ahead so when I got there they packed everything up for me freshly everything was made really pretty their cookies make you not want to eat them because they are so pretty but they're so delicious everyone should enjoy them this go round, I will give crumble 5 stars. Each thing that I purchased was amazing. The chocolate chip thins, we're definitely amazing. The dubai biscoff brownie is out of this world and the oatmeal cookie is so moist and delicious. “I ordered a gender reveal cheese cake for my twin pregnancy, they were able to accommodate the as little sugar as possible since the father has diabetes and I have gestational diabetes. It was done perfectly in my opinion and takes like coconut and hazelnut to me, but they have other flavor options, I just told them to surprise me. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. It definitely wasn’t an easy order for them since we are having a girl and a boy on top of the needing to limit sugar and gluten, but they did amazing and was the only place I was able to find in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA area to accommodate. I would recommend them to anyone needing to limit sugar and gluten.“

“I’ve only been here a couple times, it gets the job done when you’ve got a craving.
Need to train people in customer service. Maybe I’m just getting old but a greeting when you come in, or even just an acknowledgment would be nice.
This is definitely just a “grab your order and get out” type of place. No frills, almost an aseptic feel to it.“

“The employees are always so friendly and sweet. I always just order with them rather than using the self-service kiosks because often times the kiosks show a cookie as sold out but there is a batch getting ready to come out of the oven and they are ALWAYS worth a 10-15min wait. I prefer cookies over any other dessert confection and Crumbl cookies are untouchable. They are always fantastic but the cornbread, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter stuffed & topped with peanut butter are our absolute favorites.“

“Their indoor seating area is so cute! The green booth seats are very comfortable. It’s a great place to sit and catch up with a friend over a refreshing beverage. I got a Taro smoothie and they were willing to add boba and make it half sweet, which was very nice. I am excited to try more items from their menu!“

“The shaved ice was amazing! The flavors awesome. The prices high. The decor seems to be in the middle of remodel? There were paint cans on the floor and odd tape about. My fam had strawberry, espresso and a oreo, all regular size for just over 50 dollars (more than we paid for dinner out). So here's my tip, share one or get a lite size. It is worth a trip just to experience the structure of the shaved ice (honestly thought it was coconut at first)“

“What a wonderful tea! By far the best scones we've ever had, accompanied by an extensive tea selection and delicious yummy treats. The tea rooms are beautifully decorated and the cup and saucer collection is impressive. The servers were so kind and attentive, and the views of the lake add to the ambiance. We love this place!“

“I was so upset (excited) when they announced this store opening. Now I have to walk by this amazing smell factory every day and fight the urge to eat cookies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!! All jokes aside though, insomnia is the best. Their macadamia nut cookies are my go to. Peanut butter is a close second. Straight up sugar cookies are banger. Can’t go wrong with the chocolate chip. Mmm and the double chocolate mint. Should be illegal to be that scrumptious, or as my grandma would say, “scrumpt-dilly-icious!”

We usually get the combo pack, sometimes with the ‘deluxe’ cookies, which are pricier but also bigger and freaking deLICIOUS. If you can’t tell, I love and highly recommend insomnia cookies!“
