Starbucks in Lake Oswego

“There was a huge traffic by this store. It turned out the crossing gate was broken, countless people stuck there for at least 30 mins. A working staff came out of THIS Starbucks with a tray of coffee sample cups, she nicely offered every driver she could reach a cup of free coffee!!! Many drivers stopped their engines because of the long wait and it was cold in the morning, a cup of hot coffee delivered directly into the car means a lot!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!!! This store is full of humanity! Thank you Kalina!?“

“Hannah was so busy but so kind, i waited for my drink and watched her interact with so many guests and be so welcoming and kind. letting everyone know which drink she was working on with a smile. a difficult and busy job but she handles it like a pro!“

“Thoroughly enjoyable Starbucks with a nice outdoor seating area and big floor- to ceiling windows giving it a bright feel.
Coffee is what you’d expect from a corporate chain, and same with the snacks (good enough). Will say that service was perfect.“

“Wonderful service! My car broke down in the drive-thru and the entire crew was so nice about it! They helped push my car into the lot, gave me my drink for free, and gave me a jump. It didn't take so while I was waiting for a tow truck they brought me out an ice water and snack, completely unprompted. I'm so grateful that what could have been an awful and embarrassing experience was met with such a compassionate team!“

“Finally able to return to some Saturday morning meetings that were interrupted by Covid. Friendly service, relatively quick drink service considering the number of mobile app orders the staff process on an hourly basis. Nice to be back. So far, there is plenty of seating indoors and out.“
