Starbucks in Lake Oswego

“There was a huge traffic by this store. It turned out the crossing gate was broken, countless people stuck there for at least 30 mins. A working staff came out of THIS Starbucks with a tray of coffee sample cups, she nicely offered every driver she could reach a cup of free coffee!!! Many drivers stopped their engines because of the long wait and it was cold in the morning, a cup of hot coffee delivered directly into the car means a lot!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!!! This store is full of humanity! Thank you Kalina!?“

“Jennifer with the glasses and long dark hair on the drive-through was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond. I asked for a sneeze of a pup cup for my tiny angle and she did just that and put it on a lid to make it more accessible. Bravo. Mission accomplished. No one else has ever been so clever.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! I came here to work for a few hours and I was extremely impressed with the two baristas who were working there. They were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful to every single person who came in. They asked every single person what their plans were for the day and genuinely wanted to know the answer. It was a refreshing breath of fresh air and I will for sure be back here! I have since gone to 2 other Starbucks in the area and have been so disappointed - they have set a very high bar.“

“Wonderful service! My car broke down in the drive-thru and the entire crew was so nice about it! They helped push my car into the lot, gave me my drink for free, and gave me a jump. It didn't take so while I was waiting for a tow truck they brought me out an ice water and snack, completely unprompted. I'm so grateful that what could have been an awful and embarrassing experience was met with such a compassionate team!“
