Starbucks in Lake Oswego

“There was a huge traffic by this store. It turned out the crossing gate was broken, countless people stuck there for at least 30 mins. A working staff came out of THIS Starbucks with a tray of coffee sample cups, she nicely offered every driver she could reach a cup of free coffee!!! Many drivers stopped their engines because of the long wait and it was cold in the morning, a cup of hot coffee delivered directly into the car means a lot!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!!! This store is full of humanity! Thank you Kalina!?“

“This is by far one of my favorite starbucks to go to. The staff are all super friendly and nice. At least half of them know my name. There is one barrista named Mitch, who is one of my favorite people to talk to there. He is friendly and quite frankly makes my morning some mornings just because he has such a positive and infectious attitude. My only reason for rating it 4 stars is because it is always really crowded, and the wait can be a little long, depending on the day. But that is not necessarily any of the staff's fault. I honestly think there are a lot of customers there because the service is good and the location is super clean. Great job, guys 🙌“

“Finally able to return to some Saturday morning meetings that were interrupted by Covid. Friendly service, relatively quick drink service considering the number of mobile app orders the staff process on an hourly basis. Nice to be back. So far, there is plenty of seating indoors and out.“

“Wonderful service! My car broke down in the drive-thru and the entire crew was so nice about it! They helped push my car into the lot, gave me my drink for free, and gave me a jump. It didn't take so while I was waiting for a tow truck they brought me out an ice water and snack, completely unprompted. I'm so grateful that what could have been an awful and embarrassing experience was met with such a compassionate team!“

“This starbucks is the best starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are amazing! They are attentive and detail orientated and are genuinely glad to help the customers with their request whether it is a mobile request or an in person request. Amazing and consistent. Kat is especially awesome, she goes above and beyond to make the guest experience a good one.“
