“Last couple years, I've been quite frustrated by the lack of good customer service by other businesses. Going into 1847 tonight was a refreshing experience and reminded me that it still exists. Not only good customer service but excellent and amazing service! Food was awesome! Carl is and awesome server!!! Every interaction with staff was 5 star! Thank you for a refreshingly amazing evening.“

“They were not busy so we got a booth as soon as we walked in the door, waitress told us about the special and took our drink order. Shortly after, she took our food order and it was served within 10 minutes of ordering.
Food was good, as usual; waitress was attentive and dinner was fairly inexpensive, only $38.00 for my Wife and I.“
