“Very cute ice cream shop! Service was excellent. It was one kid running the whole show on a Saturday afternoon and he was doing a fantastic job despite the crowds. Made a wicked delicious cone. This place uses Tillamook Ice Cream which is always a winner—on freshly made waffle cones! Delicious! ? Looking forward to visiting when I’m in the area again.“

“What a pleasant surprise! My family and I walked into this shop and were immediately greeted by Corrine, who was incredibly warm and patient, even with our large group of kids and all our questions. Her superior customer service alone is reason enough to return, but the treats blew us away. The dark chocolate and pistachio fudge were fresh and delicious, ice cream delightful and creamy, but the true standout was the white sea foam. It was hands down the best I've ever had—not too hard, not too soft, and with perfect white chocolate. It was so amazing, it might be the best thing I've eaten all year. I would love to know if you offer shipping; this treat is worth it. Seriously, please let me know if possible. 😆 Also, I notice the ice cream prices were better priced than the other shop next door. We also loved the souvenirs. My teenager and I bought matching pullovers. Overall, it was just a great shop and I'm just a satisfied customer! P.S: Go Damian Lillard/WSU!! 😊“

“I rolled up to Schwietert's Cones & Candy, knowing exactly what I was about to do: demolish some salt water taffy.
This place is serving Taffy Town taffy, coconut oil–based, which if you know anything about taffy, is the *only* way to do it. Soft, chewy, perfect. Not sticky. Not weird. Just pure, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. You take one bite and instantly regret not buying more. I did. Bought way too much. Ate it all. Zero regrets. Full hounddog mode.
The flavors are insane. Classic, crazy, somehow both at the same time. You walk in “just to look,” and suddenly you have a bag heavier than your willpower. It’s like the taffy is laughing at you.
And the vibe? Peak beach town candy shop energy. Bright, colorful, kids losing their minds, adults pretending this is for later, and everyone leaving happier than they came. It’s impossible not to get sucked in.
Final verdict: Schwietert’s Cones & Candy is *the* salt water taffy spot in town. Coconut oil Taffy Town magic. If you leave without a bag, you failed your trip. Simple as that.“

“5 star coffee and breakfast made by a 5 star staff! Went to this cute shop just off the beach in Manzanita. I ordered a hot soy latte plus a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. My latte was perfect - nice and creamy. My bagel sandwich was made to order with eggs freshly scrambled - no precooked eggs. My sandwich was so big, I saved some for lunch. The shop also has lots of cool merchandise - shirts, hoodies, stickers, hats and mugs! The van hoodie is my fave so of course I bought one for me and one to send to a friend.“
