So I brought my family in today to boba tea to buy a few (5) drinks and the girl at the counter made a mistake and made us the wrong drink. The girl proceeded to tell me sorry but your going to have to pay for another drink. She said she heard something different then what we told her. Now regardless who's fault it is. It's always a good idea to go out of your way to make your customers happy it will only bring your customers back time and time again. I mean what could a tea really...read full review

We had the Mango and Taro flavors....SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! I can't wait to try the other flavors, teas and slushies! And the atmosphere was awesome! The staff were so friendly and helpful in explaining all the different flavors and combinations. So excited to have Boba Tea Time in Medford!!! Can't wait to go back and try it all!
