“Violets & Cream is such a gem in Medford. We brought our kids in and they absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together.
The quality truly stands out. Everything feels intentional, beautifully presented, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s not just a place to grab a treat, it feels like a special experience.
Our kids were thrilled, and as parents we appreciated how high-quality everything was. It’s always a win when you find somewhere that feels both fun for the kids and elevated enough for adults to enjoy just as much.
We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Medford area looking for something a little extra special.“

“This place is great and has some really good brownies and cookies. I absolutely love how they change flavors weekly so you can try many different new flavors, but there is definitely some favorites I absolutely love and I’m so excited when they come back for the week!! I can tell the workers work so hard to make sure there is enough product made, but I can only imagine how hard it is to keep up when they are selling out like crazy because of how busy they get! It’s not like you can cook things super fast unfortunately but they do their best! Thank you guys for being such a great dessert place. The only thing I wish is that they were a little cheaper because they are kind of expensive. Besides that they are great!!“

“I was at the mall, and hot topic didn't have my size shirts. That kinda sucks. Stacy at subway was a bit rude. My mom didn't want boba and wouldn't let me buy all the stuffies. John at chicken shanty was a bit salty. Boba was quite delightful, despite my sister spilling some of it . Lady's that work at sweet satisfaction, were both nice about me being kinda deaf .“

“I was craving a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and I was not disappointed at all. The drive-thru staff member was so outgoing, polite, smiled, and even very friendly. I like that in customer service positions. My Blizzard was so good and the whipped cream on top took it to the next level.“

“Much much more than just an ice cream shop! Fun and wonky soda flavors, candies, taffies, shakes, along with ice cream for 4 pawed woofing friends!
We got a strawberry soda, peanut butter shake, and two scoops of chocolate brownie and salted caramel ice cream.
The person working the counter was very attentive and helpful. She offered us free samples, and even went the extra mile and offered us a glass with ice for our soda, without us asking for it.“
