Immortal Spirits & Distilling Company Tasting Room

Just tried the Knarr absinthe from this distillery. After being prepared on the traditional style, the liquor awful, absolutely undrinkable. In hindsight, I should have read the reviews first before purchasing. If you are in the market for a good absinthe, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Amazing service, great food, great drinks. We stop here every time we pass through Medford and it's always great!

Not normally someone who reviews restaurants, but I wanted to share my experience.I wanted to start by saying the service received by the waiter was good. We we’re greeted immediately upon arrival. When we sat down I noticed a layer of dust on the sill around the restaurant and upon using the restroom I’d give the cleanliness an overall 7.5/10.When we we got our drinks they were alright. Not bad by any means. But alright. Mid even. For a place named immortal spirits slinging $15 cocktails I expected a higher level of mixology.The food. Amazing. We got an appetizer and their burgers. The Thai fighter was amazing. Really great. Perfectly cooked. Amazing side salad. All reasonably priced food too. It did bother me a bit the waiter let our plates stack up at our table and didn’t buss them at any point, but I can look past that.If my review stopped there it would or be a 4/5.However when I went to dig into the potatoes salad I noticed a long black beard hair intwined in the salad; obviously from the waiters gigantic beard. At this point I had finished most of my burger, but it really killed the remainder of my appetite. We didn’t bring this up as I didn’t want to ruin the experience for the other guests at the restaurant. But for the cost of dining here I was disappointed to say the least. Due to that aspect alone I will not be returning to immortal spirits.

The food is unreasonably good, great drinks and an awesome atmosphere. Only drawback is that it's small.

One of the best burger spots in town. Great service and great spirits. Most of the spirits are best in combination for the most part. The whiskey can stand alone. Thai Fighter for the win!

This place is amazing! We stumbled upon this place this summer and go back at least twice a week. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is like nowhere else :) the employees are extremely open and friendly. We love coming here and always bring any visiting friends and family :)

Excellent food and drinks. We shared the drunken goat burger and the pulled pork sandwiches. Both were huge and tasty. I preferred the burger. Drinks were strong and tasty. Did not try the individual spirits. Next time.

Best burgers in the County, hands down! Mix in the awesome locally made booze, always fun/friendly staff, and a low-key setting, and you should go there, NOW...

Where do I start with this review? It’s easy to rave about any place when the proprietors were as awesome as Damon, Dominique and Alex (hope the spellings right). These guys deliver. The food is dynamite and inspired. The drinks are delicious and strong. You’re getting everything you pay for and more, but what you won’t expect is the experience these dudes provide. Don’t sleep on this place, we live half a continent away and we’ll be back. I bought a bottle and that’s going on the shelf so I never forget that awesome night in Oregon.

We stumbled upon this amazing spot downtown Medford. Everything from the service, food and cocktails was phenomenal. If I could give more than a 5 star review I would. try the tacos, try the hand crafted cocktails, try any and everything, you will not leave disappointed!

Our small family of three were passing through Medford on our way to CA from WA, and Immortal Spirits caught our eye because it combined two things we enjoy: craft spirits and good food. The place is small, with only four four-tops and a bigger table that could seat maybe six, but the small size of the restaurant/tasting room belied the big tastes on offer. First, the food: we each ordered a burger/sandwich, and the flavors and combinations were amazing for all three. My Boss Hog was chock-full of pulled pork and bacon, one of the best pork sandwiches I've had. But the star of the show for our family was the special Mushroom Cloud burger. Our daughter ordered it, and requested the marsala-sauteed mushrooms on the side, because she thinks she doesn't like them. The burger came as requested, and after trying a few of the mushrooms on the side, she declared them delicious and added them *back* to the burger. She then proceeded to rave about the burger for the rest of the meal and how she would come back to Immortal Spirits just to try that burger again. She made a point to tell the staff as much before we left, and they were extremely gracious about her compliment. The sandwiches came with a very good side of potato salad with just a little bit of a kick on the finish, and some fresh green salads. The food overall was 10/10. My wife and I each ordered a flight of their spirits, so we could try as many as possible: she ordered the pear and blackberry brandies, the limoncello, and the nocino, while I got the Antarctica gin, the Jefferson rum, the single-grain whiskey, and the single-barrel whiskey. The spirits were all good--to be honest, the aged rum and whiskies weren't our favorites, but we appreciated the wide variety on offer, and we purchased a bottle of the nocino so we could make walnut Manhattans and walnut old fashioneds at home. For us, the spirits were a 7/10. Although the pours on the spirit flights were advertised as 1/2 oz pours, what we got were far more generous--at least an ounce of each spirit, so if you intend to consume an entire flight of spirits, please be responsible afterwards. The server was very intentional about not serving us both a cocktail and a spirits flight at the same time, since that would represent the equivalent of 3-4 shots of liquor at once. Kudos to him for his diligence regarding this, service was was a 9/10.

I'm a bartender and this is the only place I trust to make a good cocktail. And the food literally always blows me away. I'm mad at myself for not reviewing this place already. I literally go all the time!

We went there for dinner and we liked it so much! Really recommend this place. The food was very good and the service was wonderful
