“Food is always good. The consistency with the food is definitely appreciated. I’ve never had a problem with any employee. Ordering ahead is super easy, although I would recommend going down there as soon as you place the order or else your sandwiches might be sitting for a little. Ordering in person is just as easy usually only takes them about 2-5 minutes tops to get my sandwich out.“

“The food was good and ready pretty fast, the place was clean and had entertaining signs around to read, prices were fine, staff was mostly friendly. First visit to Jimmy John's so we weren't aware that we needed to grab our cups and chips from the front and find the straws and napkins. Signs, verbal instructions or something like more obvious placement of these things would be helpful in the future.“
