I had a great experience at the Medford Panera thanks to Koby. I was having a tough day, and his kindness and extra effort truly made a difference. He went above and beyond with excellent customer service, and his positive attitude really lifted my spirits. Thank you, Koby, for being so thoughtful and caring—it did not go unnoticed!
