The reason they get 3 stars on atmosphere is because they were trashing a co-worker that was not at the store at that time. To be clear there was five people talking smack about someone who wasn't there. Not cool afternoon to evening team!“

“The Crust. It’s the best crust in Medford and the staff is great. Very chill atmosphere and centrally located. I really love this place for its lunch special. Just a really well run, local pizza place. Expensive, but whatever, it’s local and GOOD!“

“I appreciate that I can order and pay via a phone app, so it's ready, waiting, and paid for when I get there. The app saves past orders and payment methods, making it super convenient. They also offer savings/discounts for repeat customers that are saved and applied within the app without having to find and enter codes. I think the fresh pizzas baked at home taste better than most Pizza Restaurant pies. The price is right. Other items you can get, like salads and cookie dough, are good too. I usually don't interact with the staff much because I just run in and grab my order, but they do always offer a friendly greeting and are available if I need help with anything. And, thus far, my orders have always been ready by the time I specified.“

“The new management has some new stricter rules. And the employees look sad to work here . The food is still good but I believe the employees are being harassed. I’m not sure I want to return until management changes. Will try the south Medford Abbeys and see if it’s the same .“

“Good friendly service, good food. My concerns(unresolved issues) have only been on portion sizes even after paying more $ for extra toppings to be added to my pizza, yet there was zero difference between my other non additional added topings comparatively. Visually make sure they actually provide more product for the additional cost on your request(s). Other than that all good 👍 😉.“

“We drive across town to visit this mod specifically! I have such a great experience everytime! The staff is super friendly and make me feel welcome from the moment I walk in. Especially Wesley and Cruz! They remember us every time we are there and chat it up. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly crispy, and everything came out fast, even though it was busy.
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was upbeat, and the team worked together like a well-oiled machine. I especially appreciated how they made sure my order was just right before serving it and gluten free.
Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a quick bite to go, this MOD Pizza is a great choice for anyone who loves made-to-order pizza. Highly recommend!“

“just got done picking up my pizza’s !! This location is fairly new however I want to take the time out to make appreciation post....The customer service skills they display is beyond my expectations. they even offered to carry my food to the car😮 and held the door open for me.thank you I will be back again❤️ and anybody that lives in the Medford area I would definitely recommend this place💯“

“Was a great experience, haven't had dominoes in a really long time and it was so worth it, good prices, good food and good people working there, even with an angry old lady trying to day they were over charging her for her order, the young girl working the register kept it together tho I could see in her eyes the shared frustration with the lady and the tears she will probably cry later tonight because people are so dam rude these days, especially to people who make food so you don't have to. Keep up the good work.“
