Food was awful- burnt and dried out. People were nice- too bad the food was so bad
Watermelon cooler drink ($4.50) was way past expiration date and left an unbearable acid aftertaste. Bahn Mi brisket sandwich meat was fatty and dried out. Both were exchanged, but we won’t be back.
Very disappointing, as we had a great lunch here a few months ago.
Staff is helping other customers who cut the line for assistance, instead of waiting behind customers who are patiently in line waiting to order.
I put in an order for two drinks and two burritos. It took an hour for our food to come out.
The food is very good, but the wait times are quite a large issue, and unfortunately I probably won’t come back until the wait times are better managed. I really hope to see Ruby’s get those wait times in check!
