Food is good, staff mostly new and unsure how to cash in points for food. A change in website app resulted in me losing 4400 points -- enough for 4 large subs. Firehouse refuses to return these point to my account. I will not go there again as they stole my earned points.
So sad they are closed right now. Hope they open soon!
