The waiter is incredible. He is so nice. Best waiter I've ever had seriously. I had an absolutely wonderful meal here. Get the king dragon roll! The food is outstanding. Everything from the bibimbap to the barbecue dishes is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The restaurant itself has a wonderfully and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to sit back and stay a while. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming. If you are looking for delicious Korean food in Medford with top notch service, this is absolutely the spot. I cannot wait to come back

The hours are great! It was after 2pm and I hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch yet and it was rainy and cold. Most restaurants are closed at that hour so I was happy to find it. The service was great and the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Soo Rah Korean Cuisine in downtown Medford never disappoints. I have been here on multiple occasions and it's always delicious. The owner always checks on tables and is very friendly. The bibombop is really good - hard to find any where else. Check it out!

I wish I could tell you about the food, but this isn’t that review. Went around 7 pm on a Saturday night. There were open tables, and no one else was waiting when we arrived. We ordered soon after being seated. At around one hour of waiting, we asked the server for an update, and he said they were working on it. At one hour and fifteen minutes, we paid for a drink and left without even seeing so much as our appetizer. The restaurant is an odd hodge-podge of decor, and they play American music from the 50s and 60s. It is not a vibe. The people working were nice, but I won’t be going back.
