“I really love Starbucks and but fourcstars here because this is litteraly the only one in several in this city with zero toilet seat covers for customers which is pretty unsanitary, and one of their roll down sun shield is broken and winds down way past the ground and it's been like that for years? Also, they took out all the chairs and tables during covid, including the outside and now keep only a minimal amount and zero still outside.Seems like management here isn't doing some needed customer friendly things, in my opinion. All these things are not happening at all the other Starbucks, like five others in Medford.“
“Starbucks has come full circle 20 years later, it is once again my favorite chain coffee shop!
Why, you ask?
No extra charge for non-dairy milk! Yaaay!!! <3
Huh what ? I hold up my present, the pretty red cup.
Oat milk lg peppermint mocha with sprinkles for $6.15!!!
God is so good to me and I’m so glad Starbucks came through! Love it! Thanks!!!“
“This is a smaller Starbucks that is adjacent to a Barnes and Noble. The menu is no different than other stores but the business is often very busy. The staff is cheerful and fast with the orders which is nice but there is often little seating left due to the many patrons camped out with books and computers. I rarely see a table open except outside. Great place to duck in and get a coffee to go.“
“Mario was so kind and helpful for what was a mix-up on my part. Superior service was made possible by a company that empowers their staff to take care of customers. My brief interaction with him really set the tone for the rest of my day. The world needs more Marios!“
“This is our favorite Starbucks in Medford. It's owned by Lithia so they can't redeem points but you still earn points with purchases there. The reason we like it so much is the employees, they are genuinely friendly and they know the people that come through really well. The atmosphere is very pleasant, no loud music or obnoxious scripted greetings. The location is great as well, on nice days there is plenty of outdoor seating, either on the patio or across the street at the park. It is the best.“
“It was my first time visiting the Starbucks in Medford, Oregon, and I had a wonderful experience! The store has a welcoming vibe, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“Met a friend here, it was surprisingly quiet which made our visit very enjoyable. Ordered a gouda breakfast sandwich, bacon was not cooked. Had to return and ask for a 2nd, hence the low rating on food and service. Things happen, I'll be back to this Starbucks and I'd definitely recommend the dirty chai 👍
Parking: Arrived at 12:30pm on a Friday, there was 1 open spot left after I parked.“
“The Starbucks kiosk located in the Fred Meyer north store is a good place to go for delicious beverages and such. The nice thing about it is that their employees are trained by Fred Meyers to help out.So the customer service level is pretty good, and the drinks are definitely tasty. Do yourself a favor, stop by and get some deliciousness!“
“Staff is always friendly. I have a complex drink order and it’s usually right. However, even though I often order ahead from my phone, about 20% of the time they forget or screw up an element. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt. The inside is ok, very plain, but usually tables are available. The tables often need to be wiped down. They removed the items from the condiment station, so you have to ask for items like sugar and half/half. Since they are always busy I find this obnoxious. I go less than I used to, it’s just not the same. I personally think Starbucks understaffs to increase corporate profits over customer and staff care. The people working there are always hustling to keep up, but it seems like its impossible for them to stay on top of drink orders while also attending to lobby needs, in-person customer needs, and the bathrooms. This feels like a pattern, it’s not unique to this Starbucks.“
“It's Starbuck! If you don't know what to expect, where have you been? This one was clean and tidy. The staff was great! Very friendly, attentive, and energetic (maybe too much good coffee). Always a good experience at this location.“
“Was the Cookie cutter standard, clean, well furnished, helpful staff. Drinks were far superior to Dutch brothers who tend to make a weak chai. They mistakenly made me a hot rather than a cold chai and gave me the hot one for free....points for kindness....great “
