“Love going to Starbucks as they have absolutely the best service around. Their coffee is really amazing with lots of choices. It's a real treat when we go to an area that has a Starbucks because we're from the coast where it takes us an hour to get to one. I particularly enjoy the white chocolate mocha and I always ask for the almond milk variety. It's just delicious. My husband enjoys a nice cup of regular black coffee and they always come through. The service is fantastic and it's fun to sit inside for people watching“
“I frequently stop in here because not only is my drink correct every single time but the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I never have a single issue this location. The staff love their jobs (as far as you can tell), the team works together incredibly well and everyone smiles and greets every single customer. If I could give them more stars I would. I adore this location and generally do not like stopping places without a drive thru but I walk into this location usually 2-3 times per week based on my work schedule. :)
Definitely my favorite location in the valley.“
“Mario was so kind and helpful for what was a mix-up on my part. Superior service was made possible by a company that empowers their staff to take care of customers. My brief interaction with him really set the tone for the rest of my day. The world needs more Marios!“
“This is a smaller Starbucks that is adjacent to a Barnes and Noble. The menu is no different than other stores but the business is often very busy. The staff is cheerful and fast with the orders which is nice but there is often little seating left due to the many patrons camped out with books and computers. I rarely see a table open except outside. Great place to duck in and get a coffee to go.“
“Met a friend here, it was surprisingly quiet which made our visit very enjoyable. Ordered a gouda breakfast sandwich, bacon was not cooked. Had to return and ask for a 2nd, hence the low rating on food and service. Things happen, I'll be back to this Starbucks and I'd definitely recommend the dirty chai 👍
Parking: Arrived at 12:30pm on a Friday, there was 1 open spot left after I parked.“
“The staff are very friendly. Because of the building style and location it feels more like a regular coffee shop than a Starbucks. It is very comfortable and my barista made a perfect Iced Lavender Oat milk Matcha with a sweet oat milk “cream” foam. It was pretty quiet since there were only a few people but it seems like sound might bounce if it is busy.“
“It was my first time visiting the Starbucks in Medford, Oregon, and I had a wonderful experience! The store has a welcoming vibe, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“The Starbucks kiosk located in the Fred Meyer north store is a good place to go for delicious beverages and such. The nice thing about it is that their employees are trained by Fred Meyers to help out.So the customer service level is pretty good, and the drinks are definitely tasty. Do yourself a favor, stop by and get some deliciousness!“
“It's Starbuck! If you don't know what to expect, where have you been? This one was clean and tidy. The staff was great! Very friendly, attentive, and energetic (maybe too much good coffee). Always a good experience at this location.“
“Staff is always friendly. I have a complex drink order and it’s usually right. However, even though I often order ahead from my phone, about 20% of the time they forget or screw up an element. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt. The inside is ok, very plain, but usually tables are available. The tables often need to be wiped down. They removed the items from the condiment station, so you have to ask for items like sugar and half/half. Since they are always busy I find this obnoxious. I go less than I used to, it’s just not the same. I personally think Starbucks understaffs to increase corporate profits over customer and staff care. The people working there are always hustling to keep up, but it seems like its impossible for them to stay on top of drink orders while also attending to lobby needs, in-person customer needs, and the bathrooms. This feels like a pattern, it’s not unique to this Starbucks.“
“Starbucks has come full circle 20 years later, it is once again my favorite chain coffee shop!
Why, you ask?
No extra charge for non-dairy milk! Yaaay!!! <3
Huh what ? I hold up my present, the pretty red cup.
Oat milk lg peppermint mocha with sprinkles for $6.15!!!
God is so good to me and I’m so glad Starbucks came through! Love it! Thanks!!!“
