Always great customer service. Coffee isn’t super strong but great flavors. Also you really can’t beat the candies espresso bean you get with each drink. You can also just buy a bag of those beans.

I got the Java Chip and it was spot on it tasted just like how it was supposed to taste and I love that they have different options for milk that you can put into your drink I got coconut milk cuz I'm lactose intolerant and it still made it taste no different than the original

This has got to be the worst Human Bean location. It took over 10 minutes to have 2 drinks made, the employees were so confused and asked me to pay again after I had already paid. They asked me to repeat my order 3 times. TRAIN YOUR STAFF WHO WORKED AT 5:30 PM ON WEDNESDAY (11/14). And the drinks were watery. Shame on your management.

Used to be go to but lately it's been just awful. Went in to get my two year old a Birthday drink and the guy told me they don't do kids Birthday drinks unless they have the app. I've never had that issue before. Again, he's two.
