Just had an awesome experience here! I was disappointed that all of the food had dairy so my barista made a delicious mexi mocha with no dairy and it’s soooo so good and they were both so sweet and friendly. I didn’t catch their names but they both had really good customer service.

I went around 1030am 6-10-26 and was greeted with a menu and sign up card. I took my order with a nice young girl and I ordered a 16 oz Blended caramel hazelnut mocha. After I took that order I waited about 5 minutes to get to window. Upon getting there, I was handed a melted coffee and it tasted very poorly made. It was honestly disgusting and didnt taste like coffee at all and didnt look like the picture. I will give them a second chance and will try to order something simple like an ice coffee instead.

These are supposed to be the same 2 drinks and one even has a bean at the bottom. I’ve already emailed corporate to which I didn’t respond because there just trying save face. This location is a complete joke, it’s the closet location to my house so I tend to go here which is the only location I have a problem with about once a week. Spending several hundreds dollars a month for corporate functions we will now be switching another company hence forth.

Sat in line for 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of us got to the window the girl didn’t seem like she new what she was doing still waited another like 5 more minutes or longer for them to hand me my bagel and two drinks, which were just iced beverages… forgetting my sisters small smoothie which I then had to wait for them to make mind you there’s like 5 girls in there all chatting and not really paying attention just talking…. I hate leaving reviews but was just kind of crazy when I saw how many people were in there and it took that long and they almost forgot to charge us. The food and drinks are good if I had somewhere to be early in the morning id be pissed luckily I didn’t 😅
