“I've been going to dairy Queen past couple weeks multiple times last night I went and my cheeseburgers we're cold when I get home. they were the last thing they gave me out the door and I'm pretty sure they were old the meat was crunchy and dried out and my cheese was not melted. never had this problem before so I do still recommend dairy Queen just don't go 15 minutes before closing“

“We ordered a double scoop and two single scoops late Friday night. We received confirmation that the ice cream was delivered but the photo was black and our ice cream was nowhere to be found. We had our hearts set, so we reordered the same flavors and waited again. This time, we received notice that the ice cream was on the way... which is still what the status showed the next morning. I responded to the order confirmation email letting the store know what had happened. Less than 2 hours later I had an email response explaining their side (this was not their fault, it was something on the delivery side). The email included that they were refunding us for both orders AND they still wanted to make sure we got our ice cream. Rachel personally delivered our ice cream (plus extras) today. The customer service at Pine Cone is absolutely stellar, and their ice cream is even better. ;) If you haven't yet, give Pine Cone a try, you won't regret it!“
