We were told we had two key cards but only one.
Since the place is falling apart, we didn’t know where to park, where our 2nd vehicle can park since they have multiple parking spots blocked with signs saying they would tow our The glass door facing the parking lot has not window blinds so everyone can look into our room.
17 years we have been owners, over 15k paid out and this is how the treat us.
Worst place to stay on the North Coast.

Am an owner. Reported that we would be a couple days late by telephone and e-mail. Within their “system” we were shown as a no show so they gave our unit away. We show up today and they don’t have a unit for us. Have left messages for property management, no return calls. So very disappointed.

The only reason we come to the aquarium is for the cafe, great food, great prices, friendly staff, never really busy. Husband loves the fish tacos, I enjoy the turkey sandwich. Great fries. Big meal portions. This place is a hidden gem, nothing fancy, just good local place, not a tourist trap.
