I am always pleased with the service and quality pies I get at this store. The orders are ready when I arrive even though I order using my Papa Murphy's app and placed my order 15 minutes before arriving at the store. The orders are always correct and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Order was accurate, ready when I requested it to be, easy to pick up and delicious when cooked. Staff offered to help of needed and was very friendly. Store was clean and easy to locate. I love being able to order online and set a time to pick up as it eases some of my stress without taking up too much of time in my busy schedule.

We've gotten a lot of pizza from Papa Murphy's over the years without any issues but this time we felt the pizza wasn't up to standard, the overall taste was, for lack of a better description, very flat and frankly tasteless.
