“Chill taproom with excellent food and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good, the brews varied and ice cold, the vibe relaxed and the service top notch. They do have a car restoration shop next door so may pick up a car/ oil scent on the inside of the taproom. They offer food, snacks, brews, merchandise, slot machines, ATM and phenomenal service. The prices were so affordable we didn't even feel like we were in the West Coast. Overall a great experience and wish them many more years of success. Bring the whole family you will be happy you did.“

“Matsy's never disappoints! I sometimes forget how delicious the food is! I had the special of Teriyaki Steak and Salmon. A huge, tender slab of steak and an equally impressive slab of salmon, a gentle teriyaki flavor to both, but a side cup of really intense and yummy teriyaki glaze to dip in to my heart's content. I don't know where they source their fish, but it has always been beautiful and never fishy. Service was great too. Thanks for another lovely meal!“

“We didn’t eat inside, but we ordered these guys on a whim on DoorDash. Holy cow - we are impressed! Finally a place that seasons their hash browns AND they weren’t drowning in oil like other places. The pancakes remind me of my childhood pancakes that my dad would make growing up. If he were alive to try these out, I know he would approve. P.S. Please stay on DoorDash. We will be ordering again and again :)“

“We went there this morning July 4th 2025.They were really super busy so it took a little while to get our food no big deal. Gave me plenty of time to observe the dishonesty of the manager. (the red head) I watched her take tips off of tables that were not hers. I watched her check. People out that were obviously the blond waitresses tables. I watched her put part of the blondes tips in her pocket, the remainder in a drawer that I'm assuming was for the blonde waitress. I ask at my checkout who the manager was. To find out that the manager, what's the waitress stealing the tips. I did let the blonde waitress know she needs to watch her tips. So if you do, go to rusty's pancake and steakhouse, PLEASE take the time and hand your waitress her tips. Management evidently cannot be trusted and shouldn't be trusted with somebody else's money.“

“The time was 11:20 p.m. I saw an empty front, which was weird, but then I walked to the back where I was greeted by Georgina. She was the bartender. I ordered a Modelo and I asked for a double meat and cheese burger with guacamole, bacon, and jalapeños. She walked to the kitchen and put gloves on and started to cook. I said, “You’re also the cook?” She said, “Well, yes. Who else is going to cook your food?” I was astonished. The burger was amazing. The seasoning was precise. The meat was tender. The ingredients
were perfect, but what was missing were the jalapeños. Nooooooooo……. Nevertheless, it was great. Thank you so much. The service was great.“
