“Great bands! Great food and drinks! Plenty of dance floor and tables.“
“This place is one of a kind! Come early and get some food because they have quite the unique menu. It’s not a huge selection but what they do make is very good. Apparently the menu changes occasionally as well, so just expect the unexpected. Overall the vibe and ambiance of this place is super cool and worth the visit!“

“Followed my nose and found this treat. We showed up during Happy hour and were promptly seated. Our drinks came out quickly. After Ella took our order, we didn't wait long for our food. The Pupu Platter had something that was enjoyed by our party of four, nothing was left. The mo Betta was one of the tastiest things I have had all year. My companions set about theirs with gusto. Next time I am in Boise, I will be back.“

“The food tastes grea, portions were worthwhile pretty good, and visually looked like awesome, but I will say for what we paid the was not enough steak five half dollar size pieces of steak is what I got under a bunch of potato, okra and onions, on two eggs. I ordered orders, my steak, medium rare and my eggs, runny and both of them were fully cooked. Flavor wise it was on point. I was just disappointed with the amount of steak..... So to reply to your message, I ordered the Hash which has steak listed in the description of what comes on that plate. So you didn't make an exception, so now you're just lying, which makes no sense why would you.“

“Great place for a date night, we went to celebrate our anniversary which happens to be a couple of days before Valentine’s Day. We choose Crave as a suggestion from friends Ana family and because it had the red romantic vibe (we thought). The lights outside weren’t red like the photo, they’re blue, I think maybe they alternate colors? We ordered a couple of drinks, spinach & artichoke dip, short rib dumplings, oysters on a half shell, lobster crab roll, Thai steak and noodles. Everything was good, except the dumplings which were a bit doughy for my taste. Overall I can see why this is such a popular Eagle restaurant. They’re good for a lot of different occasions.“

“I have to give Dylan credit amazing server in a lot of fun. We had some strange cheese appetizer that I would’ve literally thousand pieces of if I could get away with it. My main course was fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I find myself eating a lot of the bread too. Lol please please please very great option for lunch. Affordable how are you my company? Enjoy the side salad with soup and I really had to tell you, you should order the nitro cold brew with cream if you need to wake yourself up. Again, compliments to the service, and the amazing layout of this restaurant I’ve been away from Boise for 15 years, in a very pleased to see some of the new additions as well as an eagle Cheers! Thanks again !“

“July 10th, my wife & I "happened" into discovering The SpringHouse At The Merc for her birthday meal/lunch. AB-SO-LUTE-LY the BEST dining experience we have had in years. Friendliest staff, manager & owner we have ever met in Idaho (36 years of dining, here). Five-star food. Best BIRTHDAY date we have ever had. THEY are our new "go-to" for special dates and event meals. Boom Shaka Laka! ✔✔✔❤❤❤“

“What a lovely surprise on our Memorial Day outing today! Since we live off of Hwy. 21 on the way to Idaho City, we don't get to Eagle much. We will definitely return more often to try all of the offerings on the extensive menu.
Kaitlyn, the bartender and our server, was so delightful. She makes a delicious old fashioned and the La Crema Chardonnay was chilled to perfection. Although we missed out on the mussels (they were out), we enjoyed the chowder, the orange roughy with mushroom risotto and the cajun chicken fettuccine very much. Highly recommend!“

“Had breakfast this morning at at The Chef's Hut. I had no idea this restaurant was even here. I must say it was such a great experience. Loved the atmosphere, and the decorations were so cool. Wait staff was on point, our coffee was always full. Food came out quickly even though the place was busy. I had the eye opener for breakfast and I must say it was some of the best biscuits and gravy I have had. The rest of the food was top notch as well. If you want great food do yourself a favor and head to The Chef's Hut, you won't be disappointed. 10 out of 10.“

“Hands down the best DFAC I've ever been to. The food is cooked with care and always good, the staff is friendly and professional, and the hours are good. Despite being in a temporary location, the building is clean and we'll maintained. I highly recommend this DFAC to any soldiers training here. 10/10“

“I went through and asked for essentially an alarming amount of Oreos in my Oreo shake. You think you did enough? Do more. They delivered 💪 they did not ask questions like oh is one Oreo enough. They added. And added some more. Thanks guys.“
“If you only choose Marriot properties like I do (Platinum Elite) then this hotel is probably the 2nd best option in Boise with the top spot going to the newer Residence Inn that's right Downtown. This Courtyard is only a couple of blocks from the beautiful river and its awesome miles long walkways. There's also a large park across the street and the University is a ten minute walk away. My wife and I went for a late night stroll along the river and that's one of the reasons I love Boise: it felt completely safe even though it was close to Midnight! In the morning we strolled along the river again and then to the awesome little Downton, it's probably no more than 15 minutes to Downtown proper if you take the most direct route (by foot I mean, it would be a two minute drive!). The hotel itself is older but appears to be recently renovated. We were fortunate enough to have a two room king suite that was actually two connecting rooms. One with a comfortable king bed and its own bathroom, the other with a living room and another bathroom. The suite was odd in that there was a large area that was clearly meant for a kitchenette complete with kitchen cupboards but it only had a small fridge. The room was nice enough but we had to keep the curtains closed as it was ground floor and literally the parking lot was directly by our windows with cars just a few feet away. That being said, we probably only got that floor because we asked for an upgrade and showed up at 10pm. As would be expected, there is a beautiful courtyard with a ton of nice seating options. We noticed all of the rooms facing the courtyard had either balconies or patios and next time I'd forego a suite in favour of one of these rooms. The only fail as this hotel was the Bistro. As a Platinum member you get $10 food credit per night per person for up to two people so we had $20 to spend. The breakfast options were extremely limited and although not crazy expensive by 4 star standards, very pricey for an order at the counter kind of place. Almost nothing sounded appetizing but my "loaded tater Tots" (they were covered in bacon and cheese) were decent. My wife's toasted bagel came still cold and wasn't much better after it came out of the kitchen a second time, it also didn't come with the cream cheese on it but instead came with a packet with a plastic knife to spread it. Weirdly, my breakfast came with real cutlery. I'd stay here again for the excellent location but would skip the Bistro next time.“

“Ate there twice in the past week. The menu was broad and the food was excellent. The manager, Mac and his staff have excellent attitudes and are truly concerned with the satisfaction of the customers. My group sampled items from the breakfast and lunch/dinner menus. It was tasty and hot from the kitchen. I will certainly visit again.“

“Our wedding reception at The Lively Boise was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a perfect lunch. The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant yet inviting. The Staff at The Lively were attentive and professional, ensuring that every detail was meticulously taken care of. The food was simply exquisite. From the hors d'oeuvres to the main course and desserts, each dish was expertly prepared and presented with flair by Executive Chef Edward Higgins. Our guests raved about the quality and taste, and many commented that it was some of the best food they've had at a wedding. What impressed us most was the personalized service we received. The team at The Lively, specially the Director of Event Sales Missy Goode from the moment we first inquired until our wedding day, Missy has been nothing short of exceptional. Her dedication to ensuring our wedding day was extra special was truly amazing. Missy's top-notch professionalism and unwavering support made a significant difference throughout the planning process. I highly recommend The Lively Boise, especially thanks to Missy's invaluable assistance. The server who assisted us that day, Grace, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and reassuring. She ensured that every aspect of our experience, from food to drinks, was of the highest standard. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made our day unforgettable. Grace's exceptional service was nothing short of wonderful. Overall, our experience at The Lively Boise exceeded our expectations in every way. “We had a great dinner at Harvey’s! My boyfriend’s parents live in BanBury and we have never seen it so packed on a Friday night. There were a lot of new staff training and they handled it exceptionally. Our food was wonderful, I can’t complain about a single thing. We are picky drinkers and they accommodated every request. Shoutout to our server (I wish I remembered her name but she was cute and had dark dark hair) and shoutout to the chef for getting all of our orders out correctly and tasting fantastic. 10/10 tonight guys ✌️“

“Here’s a polished review you could use for Diablo and Sons: Review for Diablo & Sons We had a fantastic experience at Diablo and Sons! The customer service was top-notch—Jess, the manager, was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and Jill, our new server, did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of. There were a few minor delays, but that’s to be expected on a beautiful Saturday evening out on the patio. The atmosphere made up for it, and the drinks were absolutely on point. We tried the Bloody Mary, a couple of Hemingways, margaritas, and the Dusty Trail—all were excellent and expertly crafted. For dinner, we went with the spicy chicken sandwiches, fish and chips, and skirt steak tacos. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The spicy chicken had the perfect kick, and the tacos were a definite standout. Looking forward to our next visit already! Highly recommend for a relaxed vibe, great drinks, and excellent service.“

The spicy beef garlic noodle were excellent, they had enough spice without being too hot. The Thai porkchop was excellent amd super tender. The Nashville hot sandwich was great. Only meal we had a problem with was the vodka penne, both the chicken and pasta was very salty. Our waiter was absent alot and we saw them standing talking to other staff.“

Honestly they don't even need the lovely ladies wearing what they do, it's just a great spot, but...the ladies are nice. “The Local ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Local in Boise is “a neighborhood Eatery and Wine Pub, offering live music and rotating artists.” They also have a dog, friendly patio and a Dog menu. MW and I visited during Happy Hour, which is Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM. We ordered a mix of items off of the happy hour menu and the regular menu. We started with Hurricane Popcorn - A Hawaiian favorite - with Nori Furikaki and Japanese rice crackers. It was very flavorful and unlike any popcorn I’ve ever had before. This is a unique menu items The Local is known for. We ordered two side Caesar salads. I like that it had homemade croutons, but it needed a little more more dressing. We shared an order of Carnitas Street Tacos, to which we added 1 extra taco. The pork was tender, but the tacos were pretty bland. We shared an order of Smash Sliders - 3 smash burgers using our own custom burger blend from Porterhouse in Eagle, with classic American cheese. They were tasty. Unfortunately, I forgot to get a photo! We shared two desserts: Berry Crisp - Blackberry cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream. The berry crisp was excellent! Crème Brûlée - Simple and delicious vanilla crème brulee. The crème brûlée was good, but not great. The texture wasn’t as creamy as it should’ve been. We visited early on a weekday, so we didn’t get to hear any live music, but we pretty much had the place to ourselves until towards the end of our visit. Overall, the food was good, but not great. However, they do have a bigger menu than most wine bars and they allow dogs on the patio. The Dog Menu looks excellent! The Local has a nice Wine Menu, as well as several local beers on tap. If you’re looking for a nice wine bar with a neighborhood pub vibe, The Local is worth considering. I would like to return and try their Pepe’s Famous Fish Tacos. The pictures of their flatbread look excellent too. * The Local is wheelchair accessible. Recommended!“
