“Went to watch the games on Sunday. I ordered the Ruben and a gingerale. I only ate 1/3 because it was filling. That night I vomited 5 times throughout the entire night due to Ecole or salamona positioning. During the morning I had diarrhea and took a sick day all because of bad meat. All i ate that moring was a poched egg and coffee. I will never go back and have food there again. When I told the manager, Tyler, about the food positioning, he offered me a gift card and that was it. Like I ever want to go back after and excruciating night of being sick.“

“Visiting from Massachusetts and went to Big Al’s to watch the Pats game 12/14/25 Got the Nachos and Dad got the pizza First off great size on the nachos, tons of cheese and great flavors, Dad loved the pizza. Our server Corey was awesome and very attentive, we never had an empty glass at our table as he would bring out the next one before we ran out. He was also very informative about the menu and helped us make our selections. The whole staff was welcoming and even though they were closing early for a private event we never felt rushed at all. If you are ever in the area I would suggest coming to big Al’s especially to watch a sporting event. Next time I come to Idaho I will definitely be back to Big Al’s“

I didn't like the discounts pending on pre-ordering of the food because the kids wanted to play the games and not order food right away. And our party of five was split with people running late! So preordering food was not convenient at all.“

“OMG !! So I just had the best customer service from the manager tonight at Applebees, I wish I got his name anyway, he was awesome . I had my food delivered from a different service and my drink was missed and I called just to ask what happened, not a big deal by any means it’s just a drink, right . Well I told him it was all fine and not a big deal just wanted to figure it out. Didn’t know whose fault but The manager at Applebees 100% made it more then right, I appreciate him very much thank for doing what you did i hope you see this because you are doing Awesome ?“

“Karen was a great waitress and I loved having her! She always had a smile on her face and was always checking in to make sure our food was good! Her personality is so bubbly and cheerful we loved it!! We are only teenage girls and under estimated how much everything was so we told her to take off the desert that we had ordered previously and she gave it to us for free!! We did absolutely everything we could to tip her as much as week could even if it was in coins! She is a 10/10 waitress we will be coming back to get served by her soon!“
