“Our waiter, Douglas, was perfection. He didn't rush us through our meal, but he kept an eye on us to see if we needed anything. Making sure our drinks were topped off or refilled. The menu is very extensive. An especially nice choice of seafood. Prices are very reasonable. The scallops wrapped in bacon were the best! We will definitely go again even though it is a bit of a trek for us. Did I mention their carrot cake? Heaven on a plate!!”

They helped to decide the menu (which was done buffet style), gave our group nearly half of the main eating area, helped untangle balloon bouquets 😂, and managed the buffet table, keeping it full of fresh, hot yumminess. They are fire 🔥 If anyone is planning a party, give it to Mixtlan! I don't work there 😂 But I will definitely eat there again 💕”

“It was lunch time so I went into this store since i was in the area and when i walked in i saw they had a deli inside. I ordered the special lunch bagel, I also bought a bag of chips and drink and all together I want to say it wasn't more than $13. They took about 4 minutes to put it together which is fast to me. The sandwich was delicious, it packed a lot of flavor and they stuffed it just right. It was so good I'll be coming here to try their other deli sandwiches.
The staff was friendly, I definitely recommend this spot.”

We have been ordering take out once a week for almost 5 years now and I don't see that routine changing! The order is always correct and at a "more than fair" price. The restaurant, while we have never actually sat, is always clean and with a cool vibe! The staff has always been super kind and that reflects on the management and ownership. For I have found myself in a bar so hot, so unrelentingly sweltering, that I am beginning to question whether I walked into a local tavern or accidentally passed through a portal into the armpit of Mount Vesuvius. The air in here is not just warm — it is actively hostile. It’s like being gently slow-roasted in a human crockpot set to “boil souls.” I ordered a cold beer, and by the time it reached my lips, it had turned into a hot toddy. The bartender handed me a napkin and it spontaneously burst into steam. My shirt is now a second skin made entirely of regret and perspiration. The walls are sweating. The chairs are sweating. I’m fairly certain I just saw a lizard try to file a zoning complaint. There is no breeze. No relief. Only heat, humidity, and the sound of people pretending this is fine as they quietly melt like cheese under a broiler. This place doesn’t need a fan — it needs a priest, an exorcism, and a commercial-grade air conditioner blessed by three different denominations. In conclusion, unless someone installs an AC unit soon, I fear I shall fully liquefy and be mopped into a bucket labeled "formerly human, now soup." All in all though, love it here.”

“I started going to this location roughly 3 months ago. My first impressions of the place clean lots of options. Honestly the best bang for your buck when it comes for ice cream. The reason why I keep going back is the atmosphere an environment. The staff of this location are absolutely the sweetest, most genuine, honest nicest people I have ever met. There is a blond woman that works there and I heard some of the most kind compliments of my life. I watched her use words to make another person literally feel better and more confident about themselves. It was amazing to watch. The world could use more people like her. Watching that type of kindness literally makes the ice cream 10 times better. I recommend you try this location out. It'll literally make you feel better as a person.”

“Fat cupcakes came through last minute for me with a beautiful and delicious birthday cake and cupcakes for my sons 4th birthday party! The cake had the best texture I have ever had and the entire thing plus the cupcakes was consumed as we all had seconds! The buttercream was perfect, smooth and not too sweet. They aren't those typical little scrawny ones. Big and crispy. We used to not care for the pizza only because it is thick crust but in the last month we have gotten the mini to share and it's been darn delicious! Been enjoying Jimmy O's for over 30 years now. “I used to love Mod Pizza, then went vegan. I heard they had plant based cheese, which I had never had before. It was OK, but the rest of the pizza was tasty as ever!
