I was so excited to get the steak hibachi. Came home and bit right into hard ligament. Tried another piece and it was pure fat. There were maybe 4 pieces that were somewhat edible. The vast majority of the steak was hard ligament that I couldn’t even bite through. It was absolutely disgusting. If your steak is not of normal quality, say you are out.
