This place was phenomenal..I had the pastrami, it was full of great flavor and my wife had the turkey swiss cranberry..she could not stop raving about this sandwich. Never really feeling comfortable because most of the employees are busy visiting with regulars and people they know They might offer you something to drink once in a while. Until ERICKA !!! She gives excellent customer service (this 5 star rating is for her) I was in there the other day and she was calling every single person by name. She us wonderful. You are very lucky to have her as an employee. I hope your paying her a decent wage because if not I would snatch her up in a heartbeat . She gives excellent customer service. Atmosphere is a bit small, it's a sandwich shop in an industrial area, this is to be expected. I may go there again.“
