Came here to get some hog casing to make my own sausage. They have a wide selection of sausages, condiments, and a deli to get your fix. Service to check out was a bit slow but worth the wait.
Outstanding. One of a kind deli specializing in house made sausages, meats, and salads. The quality and variety of the food is superior. A nice selection of made-to-order hot and cold sandwiches are available from the deli counter. Mouthwatering bbq hotdogs grilled just outside the door. Excellent selection of PNW beers and wine. A few bus-your-own tables inside. Reasonable prices considering the quality.
