Katelyn was extremely rude when I went in kept stating they were short staffed and it was an inconvenience that I was even there trying to get my money back for an order they didn’t even make after 20 mins. When I received a called from Monique Kramer explain what had happen which I hadn’t got my money back. 2 hours later called to leave me a very rude vm calling me a liar. Tonight is the second time I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s. I’m not really a fast food girl and when I do eat fast food, it’s typically not from a fast food chain. I’m a food enthusiast with 5 foodie Facebook groups, including Pacific Northwest Foodies. My focus is on small, independently owned businesses.
